The Philippine unit of Seven Bank Ltd of Japan aims to deploy 500 more ATMs at 7-Eleven stores nationwide. In partnership with Philippine Seven Corp. (PSC), the entity aims to make safe and convenient banking accessible to more Filipinos.

Pito AxM Platform (PAPl), a wholly owned subsidiary of Seven Bank and PSC, aims to cover more than 3,000 7-Eleven stores across the country by the end of 2023. The partnership has deployed 2,500 ATMs so far after completing installation at the 7-Eleven Avida Atria Tower 1, located in Iloilo City.

“At 7-Eleven, we understand that convenience extends beyond satisfying immediate needs. Our vision is to create an ecosystem where customers can access essential services effortlessly, and the addition of ATMs has been a pivotal step in realizing this goal,” said Jose Victor Paterno, President and CEO at PSC.

In February 2020, PSC and PAPI joined forces to establish a partnership aimed at installing, operating, and maintaining ATMs at 7-Eleven stores throughout the Philippines. The equipment is designed as cash-recyclers, which take cash deposits from branded stores, for the public to withdraw.

Moreover, each ATM boasts a distinctive functionality that adapts its interface to match the customer’s bank, ensuring familiarity and convenience for users.
