ADNOC Distribution has launched a robotic fueling arm pilot test at a service station in Abu Dhabi.
Celebrating United Arab Emirates’ innovation month, this AI-driven solution aims to enhance the customer experience while operating during the hot summer climate. The robotic arm will help drivers refuel their tank through shorter waiting times and freeing time for employees to complete other tasks.
According to a LinkedIn post shared by ADNOC, this innovation is the first in the region to be certified and tested for operation.
“Pioneering the future of AI-driven customer experience enhancements. A first in the region and first to be certified and tested to operate during the hot summer climate,” shared the company via LinkedIn.
The arm was in development for over a year and will be trialed during the hot summer months to support existing staff and boost productivity.
