Destilería Argentina de Petróleo S.A. (DAPSA) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Chevron Products Company, aimed at strengthening the Argentine fuel supplier’s regional presence. The partnership is designed to give DAPSA improved access to energy commodities and to Chevron’s commercial network across the Americas.

The companies said the deal creates a framework for evaluating integration opportunities within the energy sector, with a particular focus on expanding DAPSA’s supply and logistics capabilities. Strengthening these operations is seen as key to increasing competitiveness in a downstream market undergoing greater regional integration and shifting trade flows.

The agreement does not involve changes in ownership or asset transfers. Instead, it establishes commercial and operational terms to reinforce DAPSA’s wholesale offering and support its network of nearly 200 service stations.

DAPSA operates a major terminal in Dock Sud with more than 140,000 cubic metres of storage capacity and pipeline connections to core refineries, enabling it to serve both domestic and regional markets.
