Circle K has renewed its partnership with global money transfer company MoneyGram, and expanded its product offerings.

The new additions to the c-store chain include money transfer and bill payment services, alongside currently operational money order services. A total of 2,900 company-owned stores will now include the new offerings as part of the partnership renewal.

“The terms of this renewal are clear signs that the relationship with MoneyGram brings value to Circle K’s business and customers,” said Pete Ohser, senior vice president of U.S. and Canada at MoneyGram.

MoneyGram enables consumers who are not fully served by traditional financial institutions to meet their financial needs. The company offers bill payment services in the United States and Canada and money transfer services worldwide through a global network of more than 310,000 agent locations in 197 countries.

Circle K is maintaining its momentum for expanding services across its network. Recently, the company announced that there are approximately 5 million members fully enrolled in its Inner Circle loyalty programme.
