Copec has modernized a significant portion of its charging network, reaching 90 charging areas.

Copec has unveiled more than 90 rapid charging stations in Chile. The expansion, led by its subsidiary Copec Voltex, positions the company as a leader in Latin America’s EV infrastructure.
Marking its 90th anniversary, Copec has modernized a significant portion of its charging network, upgrading equipment and introducing advanced monitoring systems to improve reliability. Over half of its stations now offer ultra-fast charging.
Thirty of these points deliver over 360 kW of power, with the most advanced chargers reaching between 240 and 500 kW, the highest capacity currently available in Chile.
Arturo Natho, Copec’s CEO, described the development as “a concrete signal of where we are heading as a company,” emphasising its role in enabling sustained growth in electromobility.
Chile’s Transport Minister, Juan Carlos Muñoz, highlighted the public-private collaboration driving this transformation, noting its impact on urban sustainability and territorial equity.
