Couche-Tard puts 68 Circle K sites for sale

The company is looking for buyers of the U.S.locations and has set a bid deadline for mid November.
Alimentation Couche-Tard is putting up 68 Circle K locations for sale in the United States. Located across 21 states, the stores span an average of 2,300 square feet and a 23,000 square feet of average lot size.
NRC Realty & Capital Advisors is managing the sale of 37 free-owned sites and 31 leased locations. A total of 42 stores also sell fuel while the rest are standalone convenience stores.
Couche-Tard is offering all sites without fuel supply and with no brand for the convenience stores. The deadline for the bid has been set for November 16 and interested parties can access the offer via the NRC website.
“We have some good sites in this offering which will be of interest to individual operators and smaller companies. We have a few stores in California, Florida and Texas as well as larger groups in Indiana and Ohio,” specified Evan Gladstone, Executive Managing Director at NRC.
Alimentation Couche-Tard currently operates 14,400 stores across 25 countries and territories.
