CU has launched a new Home Delivery Service, allowing customers to drop off their packages at a convenience store and have them delivered to their destination.

Users of the CU POST app can access this service and book a courier by filling in the sender/receiver information on the My Delivery page and specifying the desired delivery date. CU POST is a dedicated app that gathers all of CU's courier services, including cheap courier, domestic courier, and international courier, in one place.

Home deliveries pickup date can be scheduled while same-day pickup is also available for orders placed before 6 a.m.

“This door-to-door delivery service is an example of a convenience store company, not a professional courier company, upgrading its delivery service to make it more accessible and convenient. CU will continue to improve the quality of its delivery service to help customers and play its role as a lifestyle hub,” said Yeon Jeong-wook, CEO of BGF Networks.

To promote the service, the Korean retailer is offering a 200 won bulk discount on all sizes of parcels across all sectors until the end of next month.

CU's door-to-door delivery service is expected to provide significant convenience to customers who have difficulty receiving packages at convenience stores due to lack of time.
