The payment and authorization processes at the Post fuel stations, which are operated throughout Switzerland by Post Company Cars AG, are now fully digitalized. After integrating our cashless fuel dispensers, the next step has followed: the digitalization of the customer fuel card by the Hectronic development team.

In the new Post Tanken app, users can select the respective fuel station and pump and start the refueling process without having to walk to the terminal. In addition to the digital Post fuel card, Visa and Mastercard are also available as payment methods in the app. Of course, the traditional fuel card can still be used as well.

In addition to the Post Tanken app, our HecVision fuel dispensers at around 60 Post fuel stations enable contactless payment with debit and credit cards, Mastercard, PostFinance Card, and discount coupons. Naturally, refueling with TWINT (Switzerland’s leading payment app) is also possible. Customers can either scan the QR code at the pump or pay directly via the TWINT app. This allows all user groups at the Post fuel stations to authorize the refueling process without barriers — and completely without cash.

The Post Tanken app is available in the Apple App Store and on Google Play.
