El Car Wash acquires nine new locations across Florida

Six ZIPS car washes in Orlando and three SPIN sites in Broward County are now under the ownership of the brand.
El Car Wash continues its expansion with the acquisition of six ZIPS Car Wash Orlando locations and three SPIN Car Wash locations in Broward County.
Totaled over $50 million, these nine strategic acquisitions strengthen the brand’s presence in both areas while deepening its market share in core geographies. With these acquisitions, the chain now operates 65 locations with more than 300,000 active members and has over 60 additional sites in development across Florida and Michigan.
“We are thrilled to welcome the ZIPS Orlando locations and the SPIN Car Wash Broward locations into the ECW family. These are excellent additions to our portfolio as we continue to expand further throughout Florida and deepen our presence in our core markets,“ said Justin Landau, co-founder and chief strategy officer at El Car Wash.
The company will invest significantly in upgrading these newly acquired sites, enhancing wash quality, and elevating the customer experience. Additionally, ZIPS and SPIN locations will be seamlessly integrated into the brand’s unlimited membership program.
El Car Wash remains on track for its plan to surpass 100 locations by the end of 2026.
