HAM Group opens new service area for LNG and CNG

Published on: Mar 5, 2025

The company has unveiled its new EDUX model located in a Candasnos highway connecting Zaragoza with Barcelona and Tarragona.

Grupo HAM has inaugurated a new EDUX service station offering liquefied natural gas (LNG) and compressed natural gas (CNG) at the Monegros Service Area.

Located in Candasnos, Huesca, at kilometer 86 of the AP-2 highway connecting Zaragoza with Barcelona and Tarragona, this strategic location enhances access to alternative fuels along a key transport corridor. The site is equipped with an LNG dispenser with two nozzles for refueling trucks and heavy-duty vehicles, as well as a CNG dispenser to serve passenger cars, light-duty vehicles, and trucks.

The station operates 24/7 year-round and allows customers to refuel with vehicular natural gas using any credit or debit card, as well as the HAM Card, designed for professional use.

HAM EDUX Monegros LNG – CNG is managed remotely, with the aim to ensure continuous operational efficiency and rapid resolution of any technical issues.

With this new opening, HAM Group strengthens its commitment to sustainable mobility by providing access to LNG and CNG—clean, viable alternatives that support transport decarbonization. Currently, the company operates a network of more than 140 LNG, CNG, and biomethane service stations, strategically positioned along major transportation routes in Spain and across Europe.
