Loogman links EV charging with car wash rewards

New collaboration with Travolta offers integrated charging and loyalty experience for customers in Amsterdam and Aalsmeer.

Loogman Tanken & Wassen has launched a new partnership with Travolta, a MultiTankcard subsidiary, aiming to create a more seamless and rewarding experience for electric vehicle (EV) drivers who use its car wash services.

Through this partnership, customers who charge their EVs using the Travolta app at designated locations can automatically collect loyalty points for the Loogman Was app. These points can be redeemed for rewards such as free car washes and discounts on additional services, enhancing the value of each charging session for car wash users.

The initiative is designed to link two common activities, charging and washing, into a single, streamlined customer experience. Users must register the same license plate in both apps to ensure automatic point tracking.

The collaboration is now active at locations in Amsterdam and Aalsmeer. In Amsterdam, the service is fully integrated while in Aalsmeer the offer is available but without the option to combine charging and vacuuming.

This partnership reflects a growing trend among car wash operators to integrate EV charging with existing services. It enables Loogman to align with changing customer habits while leveraging digital tools to enhance loyalty and engagement.
