Love’s is stepping into a new era of restaurant technology by incorporating gamification into operations, investing over $2 million in the next five years to install this type of solution across its locations.

The company’s gamification system features three 27” monitors strategically placed for optimal impact. These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff.

Comprehensive tracking allows employees to deliver swift, efficient service while maintaining the brand’s standards of quality.

Each store's performance is compared across locations with real-time recognition for the top performers. Employees can earn badges for reaching milestones, achieving sales goals and promoting self-development.

This approach creates a more interactive and rewarding environment for employees, which directly impacts the speed and quality of service customers receive. The competitive element between stores further enhances performance, ensuring that every visit to the company’s restaurants is a consistently positive experience.

Early data shows that gamified restaurants are, on average, 11 seconds faster in service, demonstrating a notable boost in efficiency.

As Love's expands, every new store will be equipped with this technology, ensuring that growth is matched by an unwavering commitment to innovation and excellence.
