Mammoth grows Georgia footprint via Gloss Car Wash acquisition

The company is a developer and operator of express conveyor car washes and now supports Mammoth’s dual growth strategy.
Mammoth Holdings announced the acquisition of Gloss Car Wash, a developer and operator of express conveyor car washes in Lilburn, Georgia.
The acquisition follows Mammoth's dual growth strategy of developing greenfield operations while also acquiring existing brands. Matthews Real Estate Investment Services advised Gloss Car Wash on the transaction.
"Gloss Car Wash is a great addition to the Mammoth Holdings family. This strategic acquisition expands our footprint to seventeen sites in the Atlanta market, in addition to our established Swifty, Ultra, and Wash Me Fast locations," said Dave Hoffmann, CEO of Mammoth Holdings.
