Pilot enhances network with new sites, upgrades, and digital services

U.S. travel center operator expands offerings to better serve professional and everyday drivers.
Pilot Company is accelerating its investment in its nationwide network of travel centers, rolling out site renovations, expanding its electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and enhancing digital services to deliver a more seamless and convenient experience for all drivers.
Since July 2025, 14 Pilot, Flying J and One9 locations across 11 U.S. states and Canadian provinces have undergone curb-to-counter renovations, improving amenities and elevating the in-store experience. In addition, 11 new dealer locations have been added to the company’s network, giving drivers more options along key routes.

The company has also introduced mobile ordering in select markets, aiming to expand the feature to nearly 400 locations by the end of 2025. This new functionality allows drivers to order ahead through the Pilot app or website, browse an extensive menu, and earn rewards — saving time and making travel more convenient.
To support professional drivers, Pilot continues to expand its maintenance capabilities through Southern Tire Mart at Pilot (STMP). With more than 90 service locations nationwide, including six new sites, drivers now have greater access to fast and reliable maintenance on the road.
These developments reinforce Pilot’s strategy to strengthen its national footprint and meet the evolving needs of both professional fleets and everyday travelers.
