Redesigned platform aims to improve speed, personalization and seamless planning across Pilot’s digital ecosystem.

Pilot launches a major update to its mobile app, introducing a faster and more intuitive experience designed to help drivers plan stops and move more efficiently. The redesign forms part of a broader effort to create a unified brand experience across its network, from fuel pumps and stores to digital platforms.
The updated app features a simplified interface tailored to different types of travelers, allowing users to plan long trips or quick stops more easily. Improvements focus on speed, performance and personalization, helping drivers access rewards, offers and services with fewer steps.
“Every journey is better with a wingman, and the Pilot app is built to be that trusted companion,” said Kari Irons, vice president of marketing and brand at Pilot. “Together with mobile ordering and our redesigned website, we’re connecting the dots across the entire digital experience so drivers can plan ahead, save time and enjoy more rewarding stops with Pilot.”
One of the key changes allows users to switch between professional driver and auto driver profiles within the same account, removing the need to maintain separate logins. This update simplifies access to amenities, loyalty benefits and in-store services across Pilot locations.
The app update complements the company’s recently redesigned website, which offers streamlined navigation for planning routes, checking amenities, and reserving showers and parking. Together, these tools support Pilot’s strategy to create a consistent, connected digital experience for travelers across North America.
