Lukasz Dubiel
Lukasz is a seasoned loyalty and marketing expert with over a decade of experience in the fuel and convenience retail sector. Currently serving as Loyalty Solutions Consulting Director at Comarch, he advises global clients on building data-driven, personalized loyalty strategies. Prior to this, he spent 11 years at BP, where he led one of Poland’s largest loyalty programs, managed CRM campaigns, and developed initiatives across fuel, retail, and car wash segments.
