The companies said Mimo’s products are now available at 18 Terpel service stations and Altoque convenience stores.

Terpel, one of Colombia’s best-known fuel and convenience retailers, has announced a partnership with the domestic ice-cream brand Mimo’s as it expands its offer beyond petrol and diesel.
The companies said Mimo’s products are now available at 18 Terpel service stations and Altoque convenience stores across Bogotá, Medellín, Barranquilla, Cali and Cartagena. They plan to extend the roll-out to more than 100 locations on highways and in cities.
Terpel described the move as part of a broader strategy to strengthen its convenience business by adding recognisable consumer brands and encouraging customers to see stations as more than refuelling stops. Alejandra Londoño, Terpel’s vice-president of convenience services, said the aim was to provide a more “integrated experience” for motorists and travellers, with options suited to different moments of consumption.
Mimo’s, a long-running Colombian brand, said the partnership would help it reach more families and travellers nationwide. Lucas Muñoz, the company’s general manager, said the tie-up was intended to turn each stop into an opportunity to share and enjoy.
