At AGESP, we are a private, non‑profit business association that has been serving the sector since 1929.

We bring together retail distributors of all types of automotive fuels, owners of fuel stations, service stations, and gas centers to safeguard their interests, promote their progress and strengthening, and represent them before government authorities and other social entities.

Through our professional work, we have maintained an  ongoing coordination and communication with various Government Agencies, both regulatory and supervisory, such as Osinergmin, OEFA, DGH, DGAAH, Indecopi, Sunat, and local municipalities. These institutions have consistently addressed and responded favorably to our inquiries and/or claims when necessary.

We are exposed to a range of policies and regulations that significantly influence the future of our businesses. For this reason, it is essential that all of us operating in the sector remain united in order to achieve our shared objectives and respond effectively to situations that may arise and impact our commercial activity.
