7-Eleven modernizes mobile app

The refreshed platform allows for a more seamless and integrated 7Rewards experience both in-store and via 7NOW delivery.

After launching in 2017, 7-Eleven's has evolved its 7Rewards loyalty program via its mobile app to meet customers' shopping needs. The latest version of the app boasts a series of upgrades that further integrate its features and enhance the overall customer experience both in-store and via 7NOW delivery.

"The heart of our digital connection with the customer is through the 7-Eleven app – it's a key driver that allows us to give our customers the convenience they want anytime, anywhere. We're focused on making our customers' shopping experiences easier, quicker, and more personalized – both in and out of our stores," said Yaqub Baiani, Vice President of Product Management at 7-Eleven.

The updates include simplified login and registration, improved shopping and delivery experience, new onboarding and homepage improvements, centralized deals and rewards, and a new design aesthetic that provides a seamless user interface.

"By improving these elements we've allowed the customer to have even more of a frictionless checkout experience regardless of where they're shopping with us – in-store or at home via 7NOW Delivery," adds Ranga Mohan, Vice President of Engineering at 7-Eleven.

7-Eleven North American operations are based in Irving, Texas, and over 13,000 stores operate under the brand across the US and Canada.
