Alimentation Couche-Tard reveals 5-year growth plan

Through its “10 for the Win” initiative, the company aims to increase its EBITDA up to US $10 billion by 2028.

Alimentation Couche-Tard announced its ‘10 for the Win’ five-year strategic plan during its latest Analyst and Investor Conference. After a successful ‘Double Again’ initiative, the company has anticipated a strong growth in the next five years, through both organic and inorganic initiatives.
Couche-Tard aims to achieve US $10 billion in EBITDA by fiscal year 2028, up from US $5.8 billion in 2023, leveraging the 10 for the Win strategic plan.
The firm aims to become one of the most cost-effective operators in the industry through strategic lighthouses detailed in the ‘10 for the Win’ plan. These include Winning Offer, Winning Fuel, Winning the Customer and Winning Growth.

According to a report by C-Store Dive, a big part of this strategy is building 500 new-to-industry Circle K stores by 2028, as stated by Aaron Brooks, senior vice president of real estate at Couche-Tard, during the company’s annual investor meeting.
