Canadian Tire Corporation (CTC) and Tim Hortons have unveiled a new strategic loyalty partnership that will enable millions of Canadians to earn more value from their daily purchases.

Beginning in 2026, members will be able to link their Triangle Rewards and Tims Rewards accounts to unlock shared benefits. Under the agreement, linked members will earn Canadian Tire Money (CTM) on eligible Tim Hortons purchases, alongside their usual Tims Rewards points.

Exclusive offers will also be available through both programs. Holders of the Triangle Mastercard who link their accounts will receive additional opportunities to accumulate CTM when buying at Tim Hortons locations.

“Tim Hortons and Canadian Tire are two of the country’s most recognized and beloved brands and we’re thrilled to join forces to bring even more value to Canadians,” said Darryl Jenkins, Executive Vice President & Chief Development Officer at Canadian Tire Corporation.

The collaboration makes Tim Hortons the fourth major Canadian brand to join the Triangle Rewards ecosystem, following Petro-Canada, RBC, and WestJet. With nearly 12 million Triangle Rewards members and millions of daily Tim Hortons customers, the partnership will extend rewards into more aspects of Canadians’ everyday routines.

Hope Bagozzi, Chief Marketing Officer for Tim Hortons, added: “This partnership between our two iconic brands gives Canadians the ability to earn Canadian Tire Money on their order, alongside Tims Rewards points, and allows us to provide even more amazing everyday value.”

Triangle Rewards is central to Canadian Tire’s True North strategy, aimed at strengthening customer relationships through personalized offers and meaningful loyalty experiences.
