The G&V Energy Group’s Mobility Hub, at their site in Vogelzang in Antwerp, is hailed as the most innovative service station in Belgium. The project (which was a collaboration with Samsung, G&V, Breakpoint, and TSG) – was the perfect opportunity for DFS and FLYX to showcase their ground-breaking order kiosk technology – the DFS Order Kiosk.

To enable a smooth order flow from customer selection and preparation to payment, the DFS Order Kiosks were also directly integrated with the Prizma POS system. The entire installation was then deployed in 30 days. 

The dynamic G&V Mobility Hub wanted to enhance the customer journey at their new Vogelzang site. To do so, they deployed three DFS Order Kiosk's, strategically placed at the entrance of the food court. These kiosks would then act as a central ordering point, allowing customers to place orders for multiple food concepts in one seamless transaction. Gone were the days of waiting in multiple queues for different cuisines.

Studies showed 74% of people prefer to order through a kiosk, as it is a highly favoured option for convenience and efficiency. The cashiers on site remain available to serve the remaining 26% ensuring everyone has a choice when it comes to their food ordering preferences.
