Orlen is intensifying the rebranding of its fuel station network in Germany. The process of introducing the brand is accompanied by modernization of facilities, as well as expansion of the offer for customers.

Germany is one of the markets where the company is also planning intensive development of a network of electric vehicle (EV) charging points. In the next two years, the number of chargers is expected to increase to more than 430.

By 2030, the infrastructure for EV drivers, mainly in Poland, the Czech Republic and Germany, is expected to include 10,000 chargers.

“We are consistently rebranding in foreign markets so that Orlen is associated with a wide range of top quality services. This allows us to unify our marketing and operational activities, which in the long term will translate into the generation of specific synergies. Our ambition is that by the beginning of 2024, about 100 stations in Germany will already be operating under the brand," said Daniel Obajtek, CEO of Orlen.

The company currently operates 606 stations under the Orlen and Star brands. Thus, it ranks 6th among the largest fuel station operators in the country after its most recent acquisition of 17 self-service fueling stations from OMV.
