The introduction of platform kiosks marks an expansion of REWE To Go’s established presence in high-traffic locations.

REWE To Go has opened its first platform kiosk in Cologne Central Station, with four additional kiosks set to follow in the coming weeks. The kiosks are managed by Lekkerland, a subsidiary of the REWE Group.
The kiosks will operate daily from 6AM to 8PM, offering a range of food and beverages, including baked goods, sandwiches, fruit like bananas and apples, coffee specialties, cold drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), chewing gum, sweets, and tobacco products. The new kiosks complement the existing REWE To Go store in the station.
“We are constantly experimenting to find the best ways to meet the needs of consumers on the go. We’re eager to see how travelers and commuters respond to the platform kiosks,” said Jenny Ramme, responsible for the operational management and expansion of REWE To Go outside of gas stations at Lekkerland.
The introduction of platform kiosks marks an expansion of REWE To Go’s established presence in high-traffic locations. While the brand is well known for its convenience stores at Aral fuel stations—comprising the majority of its over 900 locations—about 30 stores operate outside of fuel stations, run either by Lekkerland or franchise partners.
