YPF’s flagship service station is now open to the public, a milestone for its “Estaciones del Futuro” initiative.
The latest addition to the state-owned company's service stations marks a significant milestone for its "Estaciones del Futuro" initiative. Located along Figueroa Alcorta Avenue, one of the most heavily trafficked streets in the City of Buenos Aires, this site is designed to be a multipurpose space for drivers, aligning with the company's commitment to modernize its fuel retail network.
The Alcorta facility boasts an iconic design, incorporating sustainability initiatives and cutting-edge digitization efforts.
Constructed with eco-friendly materials, including double-glazing glass for the FULL store, the station features advanced technology such as light intensity sensors. Additionally, it includes a spacious roof garden sustained by rainwater and equipped with solar panels to power bicycles and scooters.
Another feature is its Y-ALGAE equipment, an innovative microalgae device. This technology not only enhances the station's commitment to sustainability but also contributes to air purification by generating oxygen and reducing carbon dioxide levels.
As part of YPF’s commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience, the FULL convenience store at the new facility has undergone significant enhancements. These include the integration of new modules designed to streamline and simplify the shopping process.
Additionally, customers can utilize the scan-and-collect service at snack and beverage outlets, ensuring a swift and queue-free experience. Payments can be seamlessly completed using the YPF APP through a QR code.
Beyond the traditional offerings, the station also introduces innovative services to cater to diverse needs. The "FULL WORK" space is a co-working area equipped with all the amenities and technology found in a modern office.
For fitness enthusiasts, outdoor exercise equipment has been installed, with the added convenience of lockers and changing rooms soon to be available.
