The move follows a recent acquisition of a 40% stake in the Pakistani petroleum company (GO).

Saudi Arabia’s Aramco has launched its first branded retail fuel station in Lahore, Pakistan, marking a key step following its recent acquisition of a 40% stake in the Pakistani petroleum company, Gas & Oil Pakistan Ltd. (GO).
Partnering with GO, a major player in Pakistan's retail and storage sector, the company seeks to bring premium fuels, high-quality lubricants, and professional automotive services to the Pakistani market, along with modern convenience stores for a seamless customer experience, according to a joint statement from Corporate and Marketing Communications (CMC), the public relations agency for both companies in Pakistan.
"This is an important milestone in Aramco's downstream growth, as we introduce our first retail station in Pakistan—a market with robust growth potential. Our commitment to excellence, innovation, and community partnerships will guide us as we leverage our global refining systems to ensure reliable supply and introduce world-class retail services to this region." ," said Yasser M. Mufti, Aramco’s Executive Vice President of Products and Customers.
With over 1,200 fuel stations nationwide, GO and Aramco aim to expand their footprint in Pakistan’s rapidly growing economy.
