The food group bonÀrea and Iberdrola | bp will electrify 66 bonÀrea Energía service stations, reinforcing their shared commitment to sustainable mobility and the decarbonization of transport.

“The partnership with Iberdrola | bp pulse allows us to strengthen our ultra-fast charging infrastructure, enhancing the service we provide to our customers,” says Raúl Pacheco, Head of Service Station Network at bonÀrea.

The collaboration enables Iberdrola | bp pulse to expand its network in key transportation corridors while allowing bonÀrea to integrate high-power charging solutions managed by a specialized operator. They will install 202 charging points across the locations, including both fast and ultra-fast chargers.

“Partnering with a leading company like bonÀrea strengthens our position as one of the largest public charging networks in the region and expands our presence in strategic locations,” says Pablo Pirles, General Manager of Iberdrola | bp pulse.

To date, 15 chargers have been installed at eight service stations, while the remaining 187 are in progress across 59 additional sites. The full rollout is expected to be completed by 2025, ensuring a robust charging network for EV users.
