Cepsa launches tracking app for lubricant products

The platform allows its customers to track in real-time the distribution of the company’s products.

Cepsa has introduced a new real-time traceability system for its distribution operations, now available for lubricants and asphalts and soon to be extended to diesel.
This innovative platform allows customers to track the distribution of the company’s products in real time. The new app consolidates several previously independent services, enhancing the experience for customers, employees, and carriers.
Through the Fieldeas platform, Cepsa centralizes all traceability information of the requested orders and streamlines the management of potential service incidents.
“Through this new traceability system, designed to improve the experience of our customers, employees, and carriers, we achieve an improvement in efficiency and, at the same time, reinforce the security and privacy of the information,” said Susana Zumel, Cepsa's Information Systems Director.
The project also contributes to sustainability by eliminating the need for certain devices, reducing waste generation, and lowering energy consumption.
