This partnership will support sustainable transportation and connect northern Spain with Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg and Poland.

Cepsa has announced a new partnership with Trucksters, the transport operator that covers several of DHL's routes, to supply its fleets with 100% renewable diesel (HVO).
The company will use this biofuel for routes connecting northern Spain with Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Poland. Thus, it will refuel at the Spanish mobility giant's service stations to promote the decarbonization of long-distance road transport in Europe.
“At Cepsa, we make it easier for our customers to decarbonize their activity in order to move together towards sustainable mobility. To achieve this, we provide them with different solutions adapted to their needs. One of the most immediate alternatives is HVO, a biofuel that we produce in our facilities from used cooking oils, which can reduce CO2 emissions by up to 90% throughout its life cycle compared to traditional fuels and without making any changes to current diesel engines,” said Cedric Vigneau, director of Fleets & CRT at Cepsa.
The company produces this 100% renewable diesel at its La Rábida Energy Park (Huelva) from used cooking oils. This second-generation (2G) biofuel that, in addition to reducing CO2 emissions without the need to make changes to vehicles, also promotes the circular economy.
