In a constantly evolving market, where companies demand competitive proposals and efficient execution, GRANA is moving forward with a regional expansion strategy, extending its operations across South and Central America.
As part of this plan, the company is preparing to launch two logistics hubs in Colombia and Guatemala, strengthening its operational capacity and local support for corporate clients through greater proximity, flexibility, and faster response times.
GRANA is an Argentine company specialised in the design, manufacture, and implementation of corporate image and furniture solutions for service stations and convenience stores. Its value proposition combines industrial capability with end‑to‑end project management and execution, covering international and domestic logistics, on‑site installation, and after‑sales service. This integrated approach enables the company to deliver projects at scale while meeting global quality standards.
Technology, Management, and Execution
To support its regional growth, GRANA has made significant investments in state‑of‑the‑art machinery and information systems that integrate plant operations and digitise processes across the entire value chain, allowing each stage of a project to be measured and optimised.
This infrastructure enables the company to manufacture and prepare installations in advance, ensuring full traceability, consistent quality, and reliable delivery timelines.
As part of this broader plan, GRANA also expects to invest USD 6 million in technology and infrastructure over the next five years. These investments are aimed at achieving an additional 10% increase in overall operational efficiency, strengthening its recently launched Corporate Furniture business unit, and further developing its logistics hubs and commercial structure across the region.
Track Record and Regional Reach
With more than 56 years of experience, GRANA works with global and regional clients such as Shell plc, Raízen, Scania AB, Volkswagen AG, and Sol Petroleum, and has delivered projects in Mexico, Puerto Rico, Angola, the United States, Belize, Colombia, and Paraguay, among other markets.
This track record underpins the company’s ability to adapt to diverse operational, regulatory, and logistical environments, positioning GRANA as a regional provider of integrated solutions for service stations and convenience stores.
“Our goal is to translate the recognition our brand already enjoys across the region into greater presence, stronger positioning, and increased value for our clients,” concludes Emmanuel Grana, Commercial Director of the company.
