Couche-Tard puts 25 more c-stores for sale

The company is selling outlets under three brands across Canada after recently announcing the sale of 68 Circle K locations.
Alimentation Couche-Tard has put for sale 25 Mac’s, Circle K and Couche-Tard convenience-store after announcing the sale of 68 Circle K stores in the United States. This time, the retailer is selling assets across Alberta, Ontario, Quebec and Saskatchewan in Canada.
Once again, NRC Realty & Capital Advisors (NRC) will coordinate and manage the sale of the stores, in addition to Paracom Immobilier. This marks NRC’s fourth collaboration with the company in the last three years.
“We have some good business opportunities in this offering which will be of interest to individual operators and smaller businesses. We have five stores in Alberta and the balance in Ontario and Quebec,” said Evan Gladstone, Executive Managing Director at NRC.
Fuel selling stores are offered without fuel supply while the stores are sold without convenience-store brands. Of the 25 sites, six sell fuel and the balance are convenience stores only.
