New Love’s Travel Stops established in Nevada

Professional drivers will be able to access a combined 95 truck parking spaces in the cities of Opelousas and Jackpot.
Love’s has opened two new Travel Stops in Opelousas, Louisiana, and Jackpot, Nevada. The first one, a 17,000 square feet location adds 100 jobs and 64 truck parking spaces to St. Landry Parish while the second one adds 45 jobs and 31 truck parking spaces to Elko County across its 9,000 square feet.
The sites offer branded snacks, bean-to-cup gourmet coffee, Mobile to Go Zone stores, CAT scales and laundry facilities. The Opelousas stop has a Hardee’s and a Godfather’s Pizza restaurants and a Speedco location set to be opened on September 18th, while the Jackpot center offers a Subway restaurant.
“We’re excited to open our 12th Love’s location in Louisiana and seventh in Nevada. By continuing to grow in areas where our customers need fast, friendly service that gets them back on the road quickly, we’re expanding our Highway Hospitality to even more professional drivers, travelers and locals,” said Shane Wharton, President of Love’s.
To commemorate the grand openings, the company will donate $2,000 each to the Park Vista Elementary School in Opelousas, Louisiana, and Jackpot’s Helping Hands in Jackpot, Nevada.
