ORLEN Germany amps Tankstar app with benefits and carwash capabilities

The platform will have access to these services at over 600 locations of both brands across the country.
Orlen has announced new features for the Tankstar app by integrating a Benefits & Promotion program as well as adding car wash services. Customers now have access to additional functions at the more than 600 service stations of both brands.
Drivers will be able to fill up their tanks and get additional discounts alongside special offers. These include receiving their first delivery free of charge from Hello Fresh, an online mail-order company for cooking boxes, as well as up to 130 euros off the first nine orders in a flexible subscription.
In addition, the digital benefits program offers regional and seasonal deals and discounts, as well as store offers from Orlen and its partners.
"Following the successful launch of our Tankstar app, our focus was on offering our customers further added value through their smartphones. With Benefits & Promotion, users now have the opportunity to take advantage of time-limited promotions and exclusive offers to take advantage of time-limited promotions and exclusive offers," explained Piotr Guział, Chief Development Officer at Orlen Germany.
In addition, the app can now also be used to quickly access the car washes at star and Orlen forecourts. Customers won’t need to go to the cashier and purchase a car wash ticket, instead, the desired car wash is selected and paid via the app.
