Tamoil upgrades service station in Meppel to its new T-Energy concept

As the retailer’s third site of this new format, the location has been transformed into a modern energy hub with a revamped fuel and service offering.

Tamoil has taken a new direction with the transformation of its Express service station in Meppel into a modern energy hub. The revamped site recently reopened and operates under the all-encompassing name T-Energy, where it will offer fast charging in addition to traditional fuels.

T-Energy Express Meppel is the third T-Energy station opened in the Netherlands, with two previous facilities inaugurated in Nieuwegein and Eindhoven. This revamp is part of the retailer’s efforts to support the transition into alternative fuels.

Electric drivers will soon also be able to access green electricity at the site with the establishment of a T-Electric fast charger. 

In addition, private customers always receive up to 5 cents extra discount per liter of fuel with the free Tamoil app, and business customers can refuel/charge with extra benefits with the brand’s Mobility Card and its Zakelijk app.

Tamoil has been active in the Dutch fuel market for more than 75 years, currently operating 225 refueling and charging stations in the Netherlands.
