TravelCenters of America, part of the bp family of brands, continues expanding its network of travel centers with the opening of a TA Express in Fairview, Kansas, and a TA Travel Center in Glenrio, New Mexico.
The new Express is a franchised site, formerly known as Bert’s Express, and offers fueling, convenience items, dining options and other services for professional drivers and motorists. As the company’s seventh location in Kansas, the site offers amenities such as private showers, laundry facilities, truck wash, on-site deli with freshly prepared to-go food options alongside hot and cold beverages and diesel fueling positions on all 12 gasoline lanes.
Located on historic Route 66, the new TA Travel Center in Glenrio is a former Russell’s Travel Center. The location offers a classic car and memorabilia museum, an authentic Route 66 diner and an expansive store with convenience offerings.
Amenities of the ninth New Mexico TA site include 175 truck parking spaces, 10 diesel fueling positions, eight gasoline fueling lanes, 80 car parking spaces and RV parking available, private showers, laundry facilities and a pet area.
Both openings have grown the total nationwide network of travel centers to 293.
