2. New customers through digital platforms
With WashNow, WashTec is launching an innovative sales platform that connects operators, car manufacturers, fleet card and car-sharing providers.
End customers can find and book available car washes via the app or directly in their vehicle's infotainment system. Billing is automatic – either individually or as part of a subscription.
For operators, this means greater visibility, new customers and no fixed costs – fees are only charged for actual usage. Partner companies can expand their offering to include car wash services, thereby creating additional value.
3. Maximum availability through digital remote support
High utilisation requires maximum reliability. With CarwashAssist, WashTec offers a modern remote service for active machine monitoring and support in the event of technical malfunctions or operating questions.
Customers receive direct support via camera and remote access – quickly, efficiently and independently of on-site personnel. The result: higher system availability and increased customer satisfaction.
