Casey’s acquires EZ GO stores

The retailer has purchased a total of 11 Lawton-based convenience stores formerly owned by Love’s Travel Stops.

Casey’s has announced it has acquired 11 EZ-GO convenience stores based in Nebraska and Oklahoma.
According to a report by 7News, a spokesperson from the company confirmed the purchase of these locations, formerly owned by Love’s Travel Stops. At the moment, the company is studying potential plans for these sites, including where to offer its iconic pizza.
The news comes after the acquisition of EZ-GO stores by Love’s, during early 2023. Turnpike locations were converted into Love’s convenience stores during this process.
“Casey’s is excited to welcome its new team members and looks forward to serving guests in these communities,” commented a Casey's spokesperson to 7News.
Casey’s is a Fortune 500 company founded over 50 years ago and operating over 2,500 convenience stores across the US. According to its website, the company has grown to become the third-largest convenience store retailer and the fifth-largest pizza chain in the United States.
