Copec introduces mobile tire change service in Chile

The service will initially be available at three locations in Santiago (Chile).
Copec has launched a new tire change service as part of its people-centered innovation strategy, offering installations, rotations, and replacements at select service stations. The service will initially be available at three locations in Santiago.
Customers can choose from tire brands such as Dunlop, Michelin, Goodyear, and Pirelli, all backed by manufacturer warranties. Purchases through the platform are integrated with Full Copec, the company’s loyalty program, offering users points and exclusive benefits based on their selected services.
“This innovation reflects our vision of a more simple, connected, and tech-driven service experience,” said Ramón Salinas, Head of Copec Wind Garage.
The service targets both individual and fleet customers, with differentiated pricing and management tools for businesses. Copec plans to expand coverage in the second half of 2025 to regions including Valparaíso, Biobío, and major cities like Antofagasta, Concepción, and Temuco.
