The company is set to launch the Innercircle platform across various US markets after going live with the initiative across 430 stores in Florida.

Alimentation Couche-Tard has plans to expand its loyalty program for Circle K customers, Innercircle. The company launched the initiative this year across its Florida network and has received positive feedback from customers.
The firm acknowledged this after releasing its results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2024. Brian Hannasch, President and CEO of Couche-Tard, expressed its ambition to expand the program into more business units as the year progresses.
“We have just introduced Innercircle in one of our largest business units, Grand Canyon, and plan to expand to more business units, starting in the southeast of the U.S., as the year progresses,” Hannasch specified.
Innercircle is a free membership program that offers rewards on fuel and food as well as providing personalized experiences to loyal customers. A total of 430 stores in Florida were part of the launching stage of the program and more will come in the future as the initiative expands across states.
