New store off Interstate 57 in Charleston adds 50 jobs and 76 truck parking spaces.

Love’s Travel Stops has officially opened a new location in Charleston, Missouri, marking its 25th store in the state.
The new store introduces 76 truck parking spaces and creates 50 new jobs, ranging from retail operations to food service and truck maintenance. The facility spans over 11,500 square feet and includes an Arby’s restaurant and Love’s Fresh Kitchen, offering daily-prepared fresh food options such as salads, sandwiches, and fruit.
To accommodate growing demand for electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, the location has allocated space for future EV chargers, allowing for rapid deployment in partnership with local utility providers.
“This new travel stop in Charleston is part of our continued commitment to invest in the communities we serve and provide essential services to drivers on the road,” said a Love’s spokesperson.
The travel stop also features seven diesel bays, four showers, laundry facilities, a CAT Scale, and multiple self-checkout options. RV travelers are supported with five dedicated RV parking spaces, five RV hookups, and an RV dump station. For pet owners, a dog park offers a convenient space for pets to stretch and play.
In celebration of the grand opening, Love’s will donate $5,000 to a local recipient as part of its ongoing commitment to community support.
