Travel center network expands convenience through redesigned app, website, and new ordering capabilities.

Pilot is taking another step in its digital transformation with the launch of mobile ordering, a refreshed website, and an updated brand identity for its loyalty app.
The new mobile ordering function allows drivers to plan ahead by browsing an extensive menu and placing orders before arriving at the store. Available through both the Pilot app and website, the feature makes it easier to pick up food, drinks, or supplies with minimal wait time, while continuing to integrate seamlessly with the company’s loyalty program.
As the company expects the service to expand to nearly 400 locations by the end of 2025, it has also rebranded its myRewards Plus app as simply the Pilot app, ensuring consistency across its digital platforms.
The app continues to offer loyalty rewards, mobile fueling, shower and parking reservations, and tailored offers. Its reach now extends into Canada, where professional drivers can earn rewards when fueling at Flying J locations.
Pilot has also unveiled a redesigned website, featuring improved navigation, updated content, and expanded online services such as ordering, shower reservations, and parking bookings. According to Brad Anderson, president of retail at Pilot, the changes reflect the company’s ongoing commitment to its guests. “At the heart of everything we do is a genuine desire to connect with our guests in meaningful ways and show them that they matter at every turn,” he said.
The updates mark another milestone in Pilot’s push to modernize the travel center experience and make every stop along the journey faster, easier, and more rewarding.
