Repsol, Nissan extend collaboration to offer free EV charging in Spain
Last update: Sep 22, 2025
New agreement provides up to 10,000 kilometers of free driving annually through Repsol’s charging network.

Repsol and Nissan have renewed their strategic collaboration in Spain to promote e-mobility, offering electric vehicle (EV) buyers a significant incentive. Under the extended agreement, customers purchasing a Nissan Ariya, the new Nissan Micra, or the new Nissan LEAF from October 1, 2025, will receive two free charges per month until December 31, 2026.
This benefit is equivalent to more than 10,000 kilometers of driving per year. The initiative leverages Repsol’s growing charging infrastructure, which already includes more than 2,600 public charging points across Spain, over 1,000 of them located at service stations.
The program will be managed through Waylet, the retailer’s payment and loyalty app, which counts over 9.3 million users. Through the app, customers can reserve chargers, check availability, access technical details, and pay seamlessly. The company has also integrated Autocharge technology, enabling automatic charging without manual interaction, further streamlining the user experience.
By combining Repsol’s nationwide charging network with Nissan’s expanding EV lineup, the partnership aims to make electric driving more convenient, cost-effective, and sustainable.
