Ali Siddiqi, Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, will take over as acting CFO on an interim basis.

Wayne Beifus, Chief Financial Officer of ADNOC Distribution, has stepped down from his role after two years, citing personal reasons, reports ZAWYA.

His resignation was confirmed by the company, which announced that Ali Siddiqi, Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, will take over as acting CFO on an interim basis. Siddiqi will retain his current responsibilities while serving in the temporary role until a permanent replacement is named.

Beifus joined ADNOC Distribution in 2022, bringing with him extensive experience, including roles as CFO at British American Tobacco and Walgreens Boots Alliance.

In a related development, ADNOC Distribution has bolstered its leadership team with the appointment of Christopher Richmond as Chief Investment Officer. Richmond will lead the company’s business development efforts, focusing on inorganic growth opportunities both domestically and internationally.

Richmond transitions to ADNOC Distribution from Ampol Limited, where he served as General Manager, Head of Group Strategy and Corporate Development. His career also includes senior positions at Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, and Deloitte.

These changes mark a significant shift in ADNOC Distribution’s executive lineup as the company continues to advance its strategic growth objectives.
