Emarat enters Armenian market via partnership with MegaTrade

UAE’s energy brand to roll out nationwide service station network.

Emirates Petroleum Company (Emarat), one of the United Arab Emirate’s most recognized energy brands, is officially entering the Armenian market through a partnership with MegaTrade.

The agreement marks a major milestone in Emarat’s international expansion, bringing its fuel products, service standards, and customer-focused model to Armenia for the first time. Under the partnership, MegaTrade, an Armenian fuel and energy company and a key part of SIL Capital’s portfolio, will develop and operate a nationwide network of branded service stations.

“This agreement marks a defining step in Emarat’s regional growth journey,” said H.E. Ali Khalifa Al Shamsi, CEO of Emarat. “We are introducing a trusted brand built on international standards of quality, safety, and customer service.”

The collaboration aims to stimulate investment, create jobs, and position Armenia as a regional hub for world-class fuel retail services.

By blending Emarat’s global expertise with MegaTrade’s local capabilities, the two partners seek to transform Armenia’s energy landscape, uniting innovation and growth with strong community impact.
