Darn-ell will help customers learn all about its recently launched coffee blends through a dedicated site with personalized offers and recommendations.

Casey’s has introduced Darn-ell, an AI-powered coffee chatbot to help customers with personalized offers and recommendations.
In honor of the retailer’s all-new Darn Good Coffee brand, this new implementation will leverage generative AI capabilities to help customers learn all about the recently launched coffee blends. A dedicated site has been launched to chat with Darn-ell and get to know about the brand’s latest additions to its foodvenience offer.
“By combining this technology with our passion for exceptional coffee, we’re continuing to redefine what it means to enjoy a cup at Casey’s – one delightful roast at a time,” said Tom Brennan, Casey’s Chief Merchandising Officer.
Additionally, the site will randomly reveal redemption codes for free coffee on a daily basis, plus the opportunity to win free Darn Good Coffee for a whole year.
