Cepsa launches talent recruitment platform for service stations

Cepsa became the first company in the sector to create a digital tool for this area in order to easen the recruitment process.

Cepsa will launch a digital platform to manage talent selection processes for its service stations and restaurants.
The company will be able to publish vacancies and collect resumes on this new platform, which will reduce recruitment times. This is the first major company in the sector to apply this system to its service stations in Spain.
This solution involves a new microsite designed by the specialized company Filmijob, accessible from Cepsa's Talent Attraction portal. The initiative presents advantages for candidates, since it will simplify all the procedures for applying for positions and will allow filtering by geographic proximity or area of preference.
"With this new platform we continue to update and optimize all our selection processes, in addition to ensuring that they comply with environmental criteria by eliminating paper. The ultimate goal is to achieve a more agile and simpler process for all involved, but also to ensure the selection of talent in accordance with the values that characterize this company," says Bettina Karsch, Human Resources Director at Cepsa.
Station managers will also be able to have more information on candidates in an agile way, with an updated database. In addition, the platform allows for video interviews and a professional skills test.
At the same time, candidates can be filtered and classified according to their preferences, standardizing the process, easening decision making and guaranteeing an ideal selection.
