Circle K Ireland wins Best Loyalty Programme award

Circle K Ireland has been awarded “Best Customer Loyalty Programme” at the 2025 Customer Experience Awards, recognising the success of the Circle K Extra loyalty programme. The awards attract entries from leading companies across all major sectors in Ireland.
Circle K Extra is a mobile-first, digital rewards platform that is built around three core pillars based on customer rewards. Rewards are tailored to customers’ real behaviour and communicated directly through the app.
“We’re focused on delivering real value with meaningful rewards such as fuel discounts, category-based offers, and exclusive promotions through Circle K Extra that will make a difference in our customers’ everyday lives," said Ciara Foxton, Managing Director at Circle K Ireland.
Working with PDI Technologies, Circle K Ireland leveraged the same core loyalty platform to evolve its program design, ensuring an effortless shift for customers. Existing members were automatically migrated to the new program with minimal friction when they simply updated their Circle K app to access new benefits such as tiered fuel discounts, free coffee and car washes, and exclusive in-store offers.
