Circle K has inaugurated a state-of-the-art multi-energy service station in Hormersdorf (Schnaittach), strategically located along the A9 motorway north of Nuremberg.

The new facility is designed to meet the evolving needs of truck drivers and travelers, offering a mix of traditional and alternative fuels, modern infrastructure, and elevated convenience services. Following the successful market entry through the acquisition of nearly 1,200 TotalEnergies stations across Germany, this site marks the company’s first newly constructed service station in the country.

“This station is a cornerstone in the development of our nationwide network in Germany. Its central location along a major transport route makes it a convenient stop for domestic and international freight traffic,” said Christian Howe, Managing Director of Circle K Germany.

Spanning nearly 9,000 square meters, the Hormersdorf service station offers a wide range of mobility options. These include traditional fuels, eight ultra-fast High Power Chargers, dedicated diesel pumps and AdBlue stations for trucks and hydrogen refueling facilities in collaboration with TEAL Mobility.

A 100-square-meter Circle K shop provides warm and cold snacks, premium coffee, cold beverages, groceries, and confectionery. In addition, modern shower and restroom facilities round up services to offer a complete stopover solution for all types of travelers.
