Integration with BancoEstado’s Rutpay app allows users to earn rewards automatically when refueling at Copec stations.

BancoEstado and Copec have announced a strategic alliance that will bring the Full Copec loyalty program to more than 16 million BancoEstado customers via the bank’s new digital payment app, Rutpay.
Through this integration, users of Rutpay who pay at Copec service stations will now automatically accumulate Full Copec loyalty points, without the need for additional registration or intermediate steps. Customers not yet enrolled in the Full program will be able to sign up directly through the Rutpay app and manage their points, redeem rewards, and access exclusive fuel and product discounts.
“This alliance connects two deeply rooted Chilean institutions,” said Óscar González, CEO of BancoEstado. “Copec, with 90 years of history supporting people's journeys, and BancoEstado, with over 170 years of commitment to financial inclusion, are coming together to simplify and enhance the everyday lives of millions across the country.”
In the coming months, the program will expand beyond gas stations, allowing small businesses—including taxis, collective transport, and market vendors—to offer Full Copec points to customers who pay using Rutpay, further broadening the ecosystem of rewards and support for local commerce.
“This partnership is key for us because it enables millions of Rutpay users to easily access valuable, everyday benefits from Copec,” said Arturo Natho, General Manager of Copec.
Launched in 2021, Full Copec has grown to over 4 million users and is now one of Chile’s most robust loyalty programs. The platform allows customers to earn and redeem points instantly across the company’s national network, with over 50,000 rewards redeemed every day.
