The site can charge up to four vehicles simultaneously with a power output of up to 240 kW.

Copec Voltex has unveiled a new high-speed electric vehicle (EV) charging hub, located along one of the country’s busiest highways, the Ruta 68.
The newly inaugurated site enables ultra-fast charging for up to four electric vehicles simultaneously, featuring advanced smart distribution technology that allocates charging power based on each vehicle's needs. It can deliver up to 240 kW to a single vehicle, depending on its capacity, and dynamically adjusts power distribution when multiple vehicles are charging at once.
“With this new standard, we are addressing a key need among EV drivers: more fast-charging points that make long-distance travel easier and more efficient. Reducing charging times is crucial to removing one of the main barriers to electric mobility,” said Andrea Castro, General Manager of Copec Voltex.
This new hub is part of the company’s broader strategy to strengthen the public charging network and meet growing demand for fast, accessible EV charging solutions.
Copec Voltex’s expanding network already provides over 2,200 kilometers of continuous EV coverage across the country. The company plans to continue its rollout throughout 2025, leveraging advanced technology and strategic partnerships to push forward the transition to cleaner transportation.
